AI Top Trends is an AI SaaS platform operated by Top Trends for Online Selling, offering writing tools, Social Media Studio, and intelligence modules.

How do I create an account?
Use Sign up from the header, verify your email if prompted, then access the dashboard and tools.
How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot-password flow on the login page. A reset link will be emailed if the account exists.
What is Social Media Studio V1?
V1 provides brands, campaigns, content, calendar, assets, approvals, and analytics.
What is the Intelligence Framework V2?
V2 adds brand, audience, campaign intelligence and strategy reports.
What is CIP V3?
Content Intelligence Platform for generation, analysis, rewrite, series, and platform adaptation.
What is SIP V4?
Social Intelligence Platform with SIP Hub, Registry, Social Auditor, and Unified SIP Score.
What is Profile Intelligence V5?
V5 analyses and optimises social profiles with evidence-backed scores, variants, plans, and reports.
Does V5 replace older modules?
No. V5 is additive behind a feature flag and keeps legacy profile optimisation available.
How does billing work?
Plans and credit packs are purchased via the billing pages. Fees follow checkout terms.
Are fees refundable?
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
What are credits?
Credits meter usage of AI tools according to your plan and tool pricing.
Why did a tool stop running?
Common causes are insufficient credits, daily limits, validation errors, or temporary provider issues.
Is my content used to train public models?
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy; we do not sell personal data.
Can AI outputs be wrong?
Yes. Models can hallucinate. Always review outputs before publishing.
Do you support English and Arabic?
Yes. The site supports EN/AR with RTL for Arabic.
Is there a PWA?
Yes. Installable PWA support is available via the browser install prompt and offline page.

What is tenant isolation?
Social Studio data is scoped to brands; members only access brands they belong to.
What is RBAC?
Role-based access control assigns permissions such as view, edit, approve, or admin within a brand.
Can I integrate LinkedIn?
LinkedIn-ready public Privacy and Terms URLs are published for developer/app review. OAuth integrations follow product configuration.
Where are Privacy and Terms?
/legal/privacy and /legal/terms (available in EN and AR locales).
Do you claim ISO or SOC2?
No. We do not claim certifications we have not obtained.
What is the Unified SIP Score?
A weighted score combining available SIP modules such as auditor and profile intelligence.
How do uploads work?
Asset uploads in Social Studio are authenticated and brand-scoped.
Does AI streaming still work after this sprint?
Yes. Trust Center changes are additive and do not modify AI streaming endpoints.
How do I get started with SIP?
Open Social Media Studio, select a brand, then use Intelligence Platform / Auditor / Profile Intelligence as enabled.
Who owns generated content?
Subject to Terms and provider rules, you may use outputs for lawful purposes; platform IP remains with the company.
