AI Top Trends is an AI-powered SaaS platform operated by Top Trends for Online Selling. The platform provides artificial intelligence tools for individuals, professionals, creators, businesses, educational users, healthcare organisations, and marketing teams. Services include AI writing, academic assistance, social media management, content generation, business productivity, healthcare documentation, coding assistance, translation, document processing, and workflow automation.

AI Top Trends provides AI-assisted software tools on a subscription or credit basis. Features may change as we improve the platform. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; you remain responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately for your use case, including regulated or professional contexts.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You must not:

• Misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt platform integrity
• Use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Resell access or automate abuse beyond permitted API or plan limits
• Upload content you do not have rights to process

Paid plans, credit packs, renewals, and taxes are described at checkout and on pricing pages. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or material breach.

The AI Top Trends brand, software, and documentation remain owned by Top Trends for Online Selling or its licensors. Subject to your plan, you retain rights in your inputs. Subject to third-party model provider terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for your lawful purposes. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide and improve the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Top Trends for Online Selling does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
